Motorola, the foremost provider of innovative mobile handsets and accessories, required an exceptional creative piece to be distributed to promote its contest of traveling to Los Angeles to meet and shoot free kicks with mega soccer star David Beckham.

In an increasingly competitive wireless handset and accessories market, it’s crucial to differentiate yourself as more than “just another cell phone maker.” Bold design and great visuals were required to make this piece stand out. Effectively highlighting participating retailers in this creative piece was a key component in planning the layout and design.
To achieve the desired impact, stunning imagery of Beckham was used along with Bluetooth handset devices. The reverse side included a detailed map of the Greater Toronto Area, which identified locations and key contact details of participating Motorola contest retailers.
