Theo Margaritis
Brand + Information Design Strategist/Partner
Theo Margaritis is a seasoned brand strategist, marketer, and founding partner of TWG Communications. He has played a central role in building TWG into a leading branding, marketing, and advertising consultancy, helping organizations define their positioning, strengthen their communications, and bring ambitious ideas to market.
Throughout his career, Theo has led award-winning brand launches, integrated campaigns, and research-driven marketing initiatives for prominent public- and private-sector organizations in Canada and Europe. His experience includes work with Hotel X Toronto, Loblaw Companies Limited, the European Union, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, the Government of Ontario, the City of Toronto, and the Ontario Tourism Marketing Corporation, among many others.
His work is grounded in the belief that effective communication should authentically reflect an organization’s attitude, personality, and ambition while creating meaningful connections with its audiences.
Theo brings extensive experience in brand strategy, information design, marketing, advertising, and strategic communications. In addition to his leadership role at TWG, he spent more than 15 years as a Senior Associate with Hill & Knowlton Strategies, one of the world’s leading strategic communications firms. He has also facilitated workshops and delivered keynote presentations on branding, marketing, and communications.
A distinctive dimension of Theo’s career is his experience as a Licensed FIFA Players’ Agent, providing player representation and media relations services across North America and Europe, with authorization to represent both professional players and minors.
Theo’s creative leadership and entrepreneurial achievements have been recognized with numerous awards and honours. In 2024, Ontario Soccer presented him with the Coaches Soccer 4 Life Award at its prestigious Centre Circle Awards, recognizing his commitment to improving the experience and development of players both on and off the field.
Fluent in Greek, Theo has a strong interest in architecture, travel, music, and “The Beautiful Game”.

William Ferguson

William is a founding partner and Creative Director of TWG Communications. His vision and expertise have shaped TWG’s creative portfolio, earning a reputation for delivering strategic branding and innovative campaigns. Under his leadership, TWG has earned numerous creative awards, and he himself has been recognized for his business acumen, client-focused approach, and community involvement.
Known for scouting and collaborating with top talent, William ensures that TWG is always equipped with the expertise needed to serve a diverse client base and deliver the highest standards of excellence.
Throughout his career, William has witnessed significant changes in the communications landscape and his passion for learning keeps him at the forefront of industry trends and innovations, ensuring TWG remains ahead of the curve.
A proud resident of North Bay, Ontario, William actively volunteers and contributes to his community. An avid biker, he enjoys long-distance riding, reflecting his commitment to both personal and professional growth.
