Big Thinking. Close Collaboration. Award-Winning Results.

At TWG Communications, great work starts with great relationships. And sometimes, that work wins international awards.

There’s something special about seeing a great idea come to life. Even better when that idea grows out of a strong working relationship between a client and an agency that genuinely understands what the client is trying to achieve.

At TWG Communications, that’s how we like to work.

We’re a boutique agency by design. We believe in getting to know our clients, understanding their challenges, asking the right questions and bringing the right people and expertise to the table.

We’re also big believers that you don’t need to be a big agency to deliver big ideas.

And while awards aren’t why we do what we do, they’re certainly a nice reminder that our approach works.

Boutique by design, big on impact.

Two More International Awards. Two Great Client Partnerships.

We’re pleased to share that TWG has earned two 2026 Summit International Creative Awards, recognizing projects developed in collaboration with the District Municipality of Muskoka and the Canadore College Foundation.

Uniquely different, both projects had their own audiences, objectives and challenges. But they share something important: a client-agency relationship built on trust, collaboration and a willingness to explore creative solutions.

Gold Award – District Municipality of Muskoka

Marketing Materials — Sales & Information Publications

Municipal communications aren’t always the first thing that comes to mind when people think about creative design. But they should be.

Communicating important information to residents requires more than putting words on a page. It means making information clear, accessible, engaging and easy to navigate.

Working closely with the District Municipality of Muskoka, TWG developed communications materials that bring together thoughtful design and practical information. The result demonstrates that even complex municipal information can be presented in a way that is visually appealing and easy to understand.

It’s a great example of what happens when a client values good communication and gives its creative partners the opportunity to think differently.

Bronze Award – Canadore College Foundation

Non-Profit Website

For a charitable foundation, a website is much more than an online presence. It’s an opportunity to tell stories, build relationships, demonstrate impact and connect with people who want to make a difference.

Working with the Canadore College Foundation, TWG redesigned its website to create a contemporary, welcoming and user-friendly digital experience.

The new site helps communicate the Foundation’s important role in supporting students, advancing the College and connecting donors and community partners with opportunities to make a meaningful contribution.

It’s a project that brings together strategy, storytelling, design and digital expertise, all shaped by a shared understanding of what the Foundation wants to accomplish.

Personal Enough to Know You. Experienced Enough to Deliver.

Being a boutique agency isn’t about thinking small. Quite the opposite.

For TWG, it means being nimble, accessible and personally invested in the success of every project.

It means our clients work directly with experienced professionals who understand their business and stay involved from the first conversation through to the finished product.

And it means we can bring together the right combination of strategists, designers, writers, digital specialists and developers without unnecessary layers or complicated processes.

With 30 years of experience working across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, we’ve learned that the best solutions rarely come from a one-size-fits-all approach.

They come from listening, learning, sharing ideas and working together.

Clients bring invaluable knowledge of their organizations, their audiences and the challenges they face. We bring an outside perspective, creative thinking and the experience to turn those insights into communications that work.

It’s that combination of client knowledge and agency expertise that makes the difference.

The Best Work Is a Team Effort

One of the things we value most at TWG is the opportunity to become a trusted extension of our clients’ teams.

That doesn’t mean simply taking direction and producing deliverables. It means having honest conversations, offering advice, exploring possibilities and sometimes challenging an idea to make it stronger.

It also means recognizing that great creative work depends on great client input.

When clients share their knowledge, involve us in their thinking and trust us to bring forward new ideas, the possibilities expand.

“Our clients trust us to think creatively, challenge convention where appropriate, and develop communications that are visually strong while serving a clear strategic purpose.” — Theo Margaritis, Brand + Information Design Strategist and Partner.

That trust doesn’t happen overnight. It’s built through communication, responsiveness, mutual respect and a shared commitment to getting things right.

And when those elements come together, good projects can become great ones.

Good Relationships. Great Ideas. Better Outcomes.

At the end of the day, our clients don’t come to TWG looking for awards.

They come to us because they have something important to communicate, a challenge to solve, an audience to reach or an opportunity to explore.

Our job is to help them do that well.

Sometimes that means building a new website. Sometimes it’s developing a brand, creating a campaign, simplifying complex information or finding a fresh way to tell a familiar story.

Whatever the assignment, our approach remains the same: listen closely, think creatively, work collaboratively and deliver with purpose.

These latest awards belong to our clients as much as they do to us.

Because when great clients and creative minds work together, good things happen.

And every now and then, the world takes notice.

Let’s do something great together.

Looking for an agency that brings big thinking, experienced people and a genuinely collaborative approach to the table? We’d love to get to know you.
