City of Penticton

With many of their assets, including critical infrastructure for water, electricity, and public spaces nearing the end of their service life and the cost of maintaining them becoming increasingly expensive, the City of Penticton faced a problem. They recognized that raising taxes would not be a sustainable solution and instead sought to create a long-term, fiscally responsible plan that would maintain service quality while managing costs.

TWG was hired to develop a public service campaign to inform the public of the City's asset management plan. This included project branding and the creation of an engaging and informative infographic campaign to explain the scope, and outline potential outcomes such as repairing, replacing, or selling city assets. The goal was to ensure residents understood the City’s approach to balancing costs while maintaining quality services.
