DEVELOPMENT OF NEW VISUAL IDENTITY AND BRAND GUIDELINES
The Alcohol Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), a 10 year old at arms length government organization, commissioned the design and production of a modern and professional new visual identity.
INSIGHT AND KEY CONSIDERATIONS
Created by legislation in 1998, the AGCO’s mandate is to see that Ontario’s alcohol, casino, charitable gaming and lottery industries are conducted in the public’s interest. After a decade the AGCO felt it was time for a fresh new bilingual look and feel.
A variety of concepts were submitted to an internal review panel for consideration. With the final design selected a comprehensive visual standards guide was developed to assure the new visual identity will be effectively applied for all AGCO related internal and external communications.
The release of AGCOs new visual identity has been very successful receiving tremendous internal buy in. The new look is building awareness and providing a professional, bold and clean identity for the AGCO.
