Developing an Infographic Campaign for the City of Penticton’s Civic Places and Spaces Initiative

The City of Penticton faced challenges as critical infrastructure reached the end of its service life, with maintenance costs rising. To address this, the city developed a fiscally responsible asset management plan to avoid unsustainable tax increases while maintaining service quality. TWG was hired to create a public service campaign to inform residents about the plan. This included branding the "Civic Places and Spaces" initiative, and designing an infographic driven campaign to simplify complex details and explain options for repairing, replacing, or selling assets. The campaign effectively engaged the community, fostering understanding and support for the City’s long-term sustainable planning efforts.
